Panda Crate went through several iterations, names, and strategies before its successful launch. I was involved from the earliest stages, developing the product experience, branding, packaging, and collateral, and leading user testing and focus groups that shaped key design decisions. I led the creation of photography and video assets to support a cohesive launch.

  • Product development from concept through launch: Helped shape the product experience across multiple iterations, working closely with the team to refine what a developmental play subscription for infants and toddlers could be.

    Research partnership with Seattle Children's Hospital: Collaborated with experts to ensure the product supported early childhood development, strengthening both the product's integrity and its credibility with parents.

    Launch visuals and brand assets: Led photography and video production for the 2019 launch, establishing the visual identity that introduced Panda Crate to families.
